This webinar explores how the City of Sydney went about Implementing a fleet crash management strategy which generated enormous benefits and savings.

The City of Sydney established the strategy in January 2015, in response to rising costs from vehicle crashes, and reduce the potential for road trauma involving the fleet. Crashes have been reduced by around thirty per cent with no serious injuries. In part this is attributable to developing a zero-crash culture through improved driver awareness and responsibility.

Join us in this webinar as we chat to Len Woodman from the City of Sydney, to discuss the challenges faced during implementation, and how these are were overcome.
