The Monash University Accident Research Centre (MUARC) is conducting a research project to explore the factors that influence parents’ everyday driving behaviours while driving with their children aged between 0 to 10 years.

You are eligible to participate in this research project if you: a) are aged 18 years or older; b) are an active driver (i.e., drive at least once per week); c) have at least one child aged between 0 and 10 years currently living with you and who regularly travels in a motor vehicle with you (i.e., at least once per week); d) have a smartphone, and e) are currently living in Australia.

Participation in this research project involves completing a 20-minute online survey related to: your demographic information (e.g., age, gender, etc.), your smartphone use, your technology-readiness, your mindfulness, your driving and licensing experiences, your previous crash and/or infringement history, and information about your child(ren) (e.g., age, gender, current restraint use, etc.).
