Researchers at UNSW are conducting a project to evaluate a program which develops competencies in work design, funded by the NSW Centre for Workplace Health and Safety.

The research study is looking recruit people who meet the following criteria:

a) Professionals from one of the four targeted industries
i. Professional, scientific and technical service industries;
ii. Information media & telecommunications;
iii. Transport, postal, & warehousing; and
iv. Manufacturing

b) Who are working in a WHS, HR or managerial role

c) With experience and/or interest in the management of psychosocial risks at work

d) Who work in NSW.

Participants will be asked to complete the following research activities if they agree to participate:

  • Participant assessments following the workshops, competency self-assessments
