NRSPP is happy to welcome on board our new Program Partner and Utilities Forum Partner Jemena and Zinfra

Jemena is an $11.5 billion energy infrastructure company that owns and manages some of Australia’s most significant gas and electricity assets. With operations spanning parts of northern and eastern Australia, they supply millions of households and businesses with these essential services every day – reliability, affordably and sustainably.

As a leading asset service delivery company, Zinfra deliver a comprehensive range of engineering, construction, project management, operations and maintenance services nationally to clients across the utility infrastructure sector, including Jemena.

Together, Jemena and Zinfra look forward to advancing road safety in the energy and utilities sector space.

What does road safety mean to Jemena and Zinfra?

Jemena and Zinfra will explore opportunities to promote driver awareness. Vehicle accident data will be shared with NRSPP and we will provide you with insights that will help you and your teams understand the contributing factors. Regular promotional material based on driver habits will be shared with everybody to help remind and educate us all. Delivery of tool box discussions based on identified target areas of driver behaviour will be increased.

Our mobile fleet currently consists of around 1,910 assets, including heavy commercial vehicles, light commercial vehicles, passenger vehicles, earth moving equipment and trailers.

What are the commitments and actions which Jemena will develop and share through NRSPP?

  1. Conduct a Safe Drive Campaign in April 2021
  2. Share internal content and material with NRSPP to expand its Knowledge Centre so other organisations can draw on it.
  3. Develop several pieces such as a Q&A, Thought Leadership and Case Study
  4. Join working groups such as the Utilities Forum as appropriate
