- Integration of performance measures into the NRSPP Program Requirement helping partners to annually measure their WRS culture and have it documented on the NRSPP website.
- Development of an online Tool for Grey Fleet Risk Maturity Continuum to assist with helping organisations understand where they sit in terms of risk management maturity, they can then understand what actions they can undertake to improve their score.

- ACTIVITY 3:Development of organisational content such as Toolbox Talks (TBT) and organisational workplace road safety campaigns:

- 20 for TBT – updated 13 the current outdated light vehicle TBT to the new format with a supporting videos as per Eco-Driving and develop seven new governed by the Vehicle TBT WG.
- WRS Organisational Campaign for 2024 and 2025.
- ACTIVITY 1:Measuring Workplace Road Safety Culture and Grey Fleet Risk Management:
- Heavy Vehicle Safety Initiative Language: Translation of Heavy Vehicle Toolbox Talks proposal to Heavy Vehicle Safety Initiative
- The NRSPP has identified a TBT gap. There are many individuals who have immigrated to Australia, and who have English as a second language, who are entering the heavy vehicle sector as truck drivers and therefore there is an emerging safety ‘translation’ gap. The project would translate the top 13 TBT which are particularly unique to professional truck drivers into the top three languages of English as a second language drivers.
- The project outputs will include:
- Translation of thirteen packages into three languages
- Update of the NRSPP to reflect language offerings
- Development of promotional material with Non-English-Speaking truck driver champions from the communities to promote the materials.
Partnerships
- Safe Teams Light Sail integration for NRSPP Toolbox Talks and organisational campaigns
- Network for Employer Transport Safety (NETS) adapting NRSPP TBT for their US members.
