NRSPP – National Fleet Benchmarking Project The NRSPP has recently been awarded a grant from the NRMA-ACT Road Safety Trust for the development of a national road safety related benchmarking project. The proposed benchmarking tool is to provide a user-friendly online benchmarking resource which will provide organisations with an online analysis and summary of fleet performance, road safety cultural maturity and trends over time which is repeatable and can be utilised directly for corporate reporting. National Discussion Paper – share your ideas This project is a substantial challenge and will need to resolve numerous complexities. Although complex, we are sure that we have a strong team of experts, including an academic review panel and an industry led working group. The project team is currently working on a public discussion paper that will be released soon. We would be grateful to hear from you, so please review the discussion paper and share your knowledge, experience and suggestions. To ensure that you received copies of the discussion paper when released please email: [email protected], and we will add you to the mailing list. National Workshops – we want to hear from you We will be facilitating three workshops to discuss the national fleet benchmarking initiative and would be grateful if you are able to attend, share and learn. The workshop is for all fleets, light and heavy, and all sizes. Whether your organisation is an SME, has one vehicle operating in a central business district or a massive fleet focused on interstate freight we want to hear from you.
