Learning Event Bulletin: Loss of Load

A rotary substitute (sub) 700mm long, 4 ¾ inch diameter weighing approximately 35kg fell from the flat bed tray of a truck carrying it to a workover rig. The sub landed on an in-field access track. The truck driver was unaware of the incident and discovered that the sub was missing on arrival at the rig.
