Roads Australia (RA) is the national peak body for road sector stakeholders. Our 145+ public and private sector members comprise the major players in the Australian infrastructure sector, including construction, engineering, paving and road operating companies, together with road authorities, industry peak bodies and representatives of road users. We bring these key stakeholders together to contribute to practical and policy outcomes that are – at their core – about delivering the best transport and mobility outcomes for all Australians.

    Supporting actions delivered by Roads Australia

    • NRSPP and RA shared approaches and knowledge relating to road workers.
    • NRSPP Program Manager, Jerome Carslake, presented on duty of care in relation to light commercial vehicle at the 2019 Roads Australia safety forum held as part of road safety week. The forum also featured the official launch of the NRSPP Research Paper, Light Vehicles: Legal Implications for Businesses.
    • Roads Australia Spotlight on Safety on the Safer Vehicle Panel held in Brisbane on was held on the 6th of May.
