nRSPP welcomes New Summer Interns!
The NRSPP is thrilled to welcome three new interns over the summer period! They will be working closely with our partners to undergo vehicle safety research, vehicle driver distraction research and analyse transportation data.
Samantha Sim
Hi there! My name is Samantha, but you can call me Sam. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Computer Science, specialising in Data Science. As a data science student, I’m passionate about turning data into clear, actionable insights and using them for meaningful purposes. I’m thrilled to intern with NRSPP and learn from a team that turns evidence into real-world change!
Yuyan Ma
Hi team, I’m Yuyan! I’m currently in my second year of studying Civil Engineering and Computational Science at Monash. I’m passionate about using data driven approaches to solve real world infrastructure challenges. I’m excited to join the NRSPP team this summer and look forward to learning more about road safety while contributing to meaningful projects that help make our communities safer!
Thrisha Briet
Hi, I’m a Civil Engineering (Honours) student at Monash University. I’m passionate about road safety and the problem-solving side of engineering, and I really enjoyed the experience and exposure I gained working at MUARC last year. I’m looking forward to learning more, working on new projects, and continuing to contribute in this space!
