NRSPP Welcomes its Core Funders for the Next Three Years
The National Road Safety Partnership Program (NRSPP) is pleased to announce the program has
signed Three Year Funding Agreements with the following Core Funders*:
Australian Capital Territory (ACT) Government
Queensland Transport and Main Roads (TMR)
NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA)
Transport for NSW (TfNSW)
Transport Accident Commission (TAC), Victoria
Road Safety Commission (RSC), Western Australia
The vehicle as a workplace still remains the number one cause of work-related fatalities and a major
contributor to road safety fatalities and serious injuries nationally. The NRSPP’s Core Funders play a
crucial role in the Program’s capacity to function and support Australian businesses in developing a
positive road safety culture by enabling it to access resources free of charge.
The NRSPP is recognised within the National Road Safety Action Plan 2023-25 (Action Plan) in
supporting the Australian Government and the State and Territory Governments in delivering
against their workplace road safety goals.
In supporting the NRSPP, contributing jurisdictions deliver against their Action Plan commitments as
per the National Road Safety Strategy and helps protect all Australians who drive for work.
The NRSPP wishes to acknowledge the long-term support of the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator
(NHVR) and expresses its sincere appreciation for their commitment to the Program as a Core
Funder from 2016 to 2023.
