Funding opens for VIC road safety grants

A second expression of interest stage, for the four year $210 million Safe Local Roads and Street Program is now open to all 79 local councils across Victoria.

The grants aim to help councils boost safety, reduce road trauma and deliver smoother journeys for road users.

In the second expression of interest stage $25 million in funding will be released to deliver additional projects that provide road safety benefits to the community.
