The Osmose Story of Turning the Tide: Implementation is Key

For Osmose Australia (Osmose), driving is identified as the top risk for their workers. Osmose has a strong safety culture and ethos, the sector it operates in comes with natural risk as involves inspecting energy transmission and distribution infrastructure for electrical utilities. The risk though is not in working with electricity but rather driving to and from jobs.
Osmose recently completed the implementation of telematics to assist with its workplace road safety performance. The consultative and worker focused implementation approach had an immediate positive impact on safety, costs, culture and performance. Within months of implementation, harsh driving events more than halved, excessive speeding had been eliminated, and savings generated paid for introduction of the system.
This webinar delves into Osmose journey, the how, why, benefits and learnings which was saw them recognised with the the Australasian Fleet Management Association 2024 Safest Fleet Award.
