Communities across Australia are preparing for the next disaster. Some are in recovery from bushfires in recent months and we are all reckoning with the realities of climate change. There is much for us to learn from the lived experiences of communities. Please join us for a morning of discussions with diverse community leaders about what helps a community be

prepared and how communities can be supported and empowered in their response and recovery when a disaster hits. Our panellists will be sharing their stories of community-led innovations throughout the disaster cycle, enabling us all to learn from and be inspired by their lived experiences and expertise.
