About the Gala Dinner and Awards Night
In accordance with ARRB’s mission to create knowledge for tomorrow’s transport challenges, this event recognises and celebrates research excellence, in the roads and transport industry – within Australia and internationally.
Where is the Gala Dinner and Awards Night being held?
The celebration will take place at the Sea Life Melbourne Aquarium (Melbourne, Australia), on Friday 21 July 2017.
What awards will be presented?
Researchers, practitioners and their partners are invited to celebrate nominated industry colleagues in five different categories:
- Knowledge Transfer Commitment Award
- Research Impact Award
- Implementing Agency Applied Research Award
- New Research Talent Award (two awards*)
- Lifetime Research, Development and Implementation Award
