Richard Blackwell (Motor Accident Commission) has spent 20 years in the marketing and advertising industry and the past 10 at Motor Accident Commission leading the development and implementation of public education campaigns on behalf of SA Government. In that time MAC have delivered over 50 campaigns to South Australians and have built a reputation for talking with their audiences in often unexpected ways.

Sarah Zanker’s (Colmar Brunton) mission is to make a difference in the world. Her experience covers market and social research projects across most sectors with a strong focus on Government, where she can influence policy makers and communicators to create better programs, services and communications.

Doug Bradbrook (Mornington Peninsula Shire) has 30 years’ local government engineering experience with also gaining a post Graduate Diploma of Engineering in Municipal Engineering and Management and undertaking post graduate studies in Traffic & Transportation along the way. Doug’s role has mainly focused in traffic and road safety engineering with the Mornington Peninsula Shire being given the title of Traffic & Road Safety Strategist in more recent years. He has worked closely with all levels of management and officers of the State’s key road safety agencies; VicRoads; Victoria Police and TAC on many novel and innovative road safety and transport projects. The latest being the adoption of the Mornington Peninsula Shire as Towards Zero municipality.
