UF2 identifies the leading factors – near misses and risks – that contribute the most to crashes, which in turn identities the ‘where’, ‘what’ and ‘why’ actions to take for real improvement that are measured annually via the action research process. As the program is industry wide benchmarking, this ensures that ESG reporting metrics are not just individual organisation based, but ensures each business is able to measure themselves against industry standards.
