  • Tight deadlines
  • Financial stress
  • Lack of access to amenities and healthy food options

  • Speak with a GP or health professional;
  • Access your Employee Assistance Program (EAP) if you have one.

For industry leaders, consider and encourage contractors to have access to mental health supports provided to permanent employees, including access to a private and confidential EAP.
